The ideal candidate will need to have worked at a consultant level or if not have completed specialist training.
The salary scale is €173.620 per year or €3326 per week. In addition the doctor will be paid per call out after 5 pm this is usually €81 per hour and €105 after midnight .
The hospital will cover:
- cost of registration with the IMC / IDC and any other costs associated with a work permit
- cost of flight through and from Ireland and mileage from the airport
- accommodation allowance of €40 per night (assistance with the accommodation)
There is a possibility of a more long-term placement at the end of September 2011.
